First step done with Payplan :)

Hi. I'm not on this board very much, I just lurk every now and then. My husband and I are in £20k debt, and after reading this forum, we decided to speak to Payplan to set up a DMP, and we completed the first step tonight on the phone. They have agreed that we can pay £300 a month (we currently pay about double that to the creditors, then extra on top of that to OH's parents, who we owe an extra £15k to).
We are so excited that soon we will be on our way to actually getting it all paid off and being able to afford everything we need and being able to live without worrying!! We have another baby on the way next month, so it is perfect timing as we now feel we can relax. Couldnt have done it without reading the advice on these boards, so just wanted to say thanks :) xxx
I :heart::coffee:

    Well done......we have been with Payplan for the past 9 months, and so far so good, we have no complaints, and can now sleep knowing that we are dealing with our debts....Good luck to you.
