CCCS have paid a creditor twice

I noticed on one of my credit card statements that CCCS have made two payments of the same amount on the same day. It looks as though they have made a mistake overpaid the creditor.
Will they miss a payment next month? And if they do I this likely to cause me problems with the creditor wanting another payment.

Anyone experienced this before?

Have you checked your CCCS account online?

You can view all your creditor information which includes account numbers, payments etc and amend it

Just check to see if they have put the same account number in for two of your creditors, it happened to us I noticed two bank accounts were showing the same account number before the payment date so I called CCCS.

I had to write to them showing evidence of the different accounts but they rectified it almost immediately.

Thanks. I will try and check online. ive been on teh DMP foir 12 months and no issues up until now.
