Problems with LX direct codes?

When I try to use any of the available codes it tells me "sorry we are unable to process this promotion code. please proceed with your order and telephone us on 08705 88 66 11
Tried ZG6766 and ZQ5077 - same message. I was registering a new account for my mum in law who doesn't have internet and amount was over £45

easy...just call them and register by phone...you use more codes at one time ie. free delivery...buy now pay later etc..freephone 0800 123131 hth0

Hi, Have used the ZQ5077 with no problems tonight. Not 100% sure but I think the ZQ codes are for existing customers only and those codes starting ZG are for new customers only. Hope this helps.And if I really were an angel, I'd float over your bed

I used ZG3855 at the checkout...got £15.00 off my first order. The full price was debited from my account and they then paid the £15.00 back in.I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes0
