I can't really vouch how good this abdominal exerciser is but after going to the gym for a year and using all their equipment I can honestly say that the best thing I have used is the gym ball. It can be used in numerous ways and when it's not needed just deflate it and put it away.0

To be honest I used to have one of these and used it about twice, they are okay to help tone up but if you want to lose fat you need to do some fat burning exercise i.e aerobic, swimming fast walking etc,if you want to tone up sit ups or similar will help but not on their own.bye hoo0

LOL i bought one of those a few months ago at the same price, what i can say is it folds away compact and makes an excellent coat hanger:snow_laug but in theory i bought it cause i could just bring it out and use it when all was quiet and watch the telly while doing so but it just never happened and that was down to me and not the machines fault. The few times i did use it though i felt the burn;) but it only goes up and down not round which i kinda presumed. The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0

To be honest you can gain the same results from normal un-assisted sit ups. Check online for variations and you will get closer to a six pack without paying money out for something that in a month will just be collecting dust!!!!0
