I have the R4 and DSTT and they are pretty much the same thing. There might be a difference in the newer cards in terms of which type/size micro sd card they support.0

I have tried a few
M3 Real Good quality takes a 4 Gig card
DSTT cheap but I found quality was poor. My one does not always boot up
M3 Simply only seems to take a 2 gig card but good quality.
EZFlash takes a 4 gig card. quality is fine but I dont like the menu
EDGE Takes a 4 gig card and the best value for me0 -
I've got a DSTT and had no problems with it.0
