Good - please make sure they are a good employment solicitor - avoid the High Street jack-of-all-trades.

Good advice.
Whatever you do, don't choose a solicitor because they did the conveyancing for you when you bought your house (no offence to conveyancers, just pointing out that this is a very specialist area)I'm a retired employment solicitor.
