  • Ok I've just read all of the information on Hardship fund claiming (bearing in mind I'm in Scotland), and am a little unsure how exactly I should be contacting the bank? Do I just go into a branch, or do I phone them, or write to them?

In the example the person got their charges back the day after claiming!
  • might be best to post on the bank reclaiming board with this noreen as they will know about hardship cases, as well as the DFW peeps helping, it will widen the experience.

  • Well I've totalled up all of my charges from the bank since the 8th of May 2008 and it comes to £1527 which I think is absolutely ridiculous. This is basically the exact total of how much I'm over my overdraft by.

Hopefully I can get this sorted out.
