OR Bank statements

Hi Guys,
I know there is no exact answer to this, but can anyone tell how far back the OR goes with regards to bank statements. 1yr/2 yrs/5yrs etc? and has anyone had an occassion when the OR did not feel the need to ask for statements? ( do they always ask for bank staements as a matter of course? )
I enjoyed a gamble or two on the horses and I am worried the further the OR goes back, the more trouble I will be in.

They usually ask for 1 year, but can ask for more if they feel it necessary. If you don't have them they will get them from the bankAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

He will go back as far as he feels. Its usually 2-4 years ish though.
And they are not something you have to supply, they can get everything they want directly from the creditor anyway - so they may not ask you for anything at all.0 -
