12+2+30 default letter

Hi
Has anyone a template for a 12+2+30+ default letter. I keep searching this site but cannot find one. Any help would be much appreciated. I originally sent Virgin MBNA the 12+2 letter. In response to this they sent me on 3rd October a signature strip only and then separately sent terms and conditions typed on plain paper. I sent them the follow up (12+2+30) also advising that the information they provided did not comply with the legislation. They again sent me the same info as they did the first time. They have today sent me a letter telling me that they provided all they are required to provide under section 78 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and no further correspondence will be entered into. The 12+2+30 days are up tomorrow. I believe a signature strip on its own does not constitute a true copy of an agreement. I believe that there is a default letter that can be sent once the extra 30 days are up. Can someone help me with this please and I would also appreciate someone confirming that I am right about the signature strip on its own not complying with the Act. Thank you.

One thing you will need to be careful of though is that it is no longer a criminal offence after 30 days so you will need to take that out of the letter. They changed the legislation recently.
If they do not respond, you should complain to the regulatory bodies - especially if they are still chasing you for the debt. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

Thank you all for your help. Is there a standard letter for complaining to the regulatory bodies and if so who do you complain to?0
