Panasonic PureFlat 32" W/S TV £297@Currys not(ever?) in stock (yet again)

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but Ive noticed this appeared on their website on Weds, I dont need a TV but my friend was interested, all day long(and other days) it would not allow to add to basket after inputting postcode, then late last night, it did. He got a confirmation Email from them confirming order received, then another today saying now out of stock and that could not say if or when they would be getting any more in-they have done this before I know with other items on their website, Im assuming no one else has got one at this price as it would probably be flagged on here or other forums which I frequent - is there anyone to complain to as does seem as though its misadvertising, also called them 2 days ago and they advised the national distribution depot had none.
