Hi There
Have had mine 2 weeks - good but not the best
Only searches post codes down to 4 digits. Mapping is though excellent
HOWEVER
The gadget show recently did a Sat Nav review and at the same price point the TomTom 100 came out tops. In hindsight i should have gone for one of these
Hope that helps

TomTom standalone units are quite good, only trouble is their customer service is pants.
I went down the route of a PDA with navigation software as it also gave the functionality of a pocket pc, which I find useful.
A very useful feature is "points of interest" overlay - where you can display selectable points of interest onto your route map - perhaps petrol stations, McDonalds, or best of all, speed camera sites. Overlay lists are widely available for TomTom software running on a PDA.
You only really find out how good your navigation system is when it takes you the the wrong place completely!0 -
I have found this web site very helpful i hope it might help you.
