Help for Husbands 40th

I am seriously into Money Saving at the moment as I dont think things are going to get easier any time soon, but it is my DH's 40th birthday at the beginning of Dec, I have spent very little on his gifts but they all have a lot of thought put into them but now I need help with how to present them and hoped you could all help me.

The first gift I have got him is a night in a posh hotel for 14th Feb (Valentines night) it was £10 on the devere hotel offers so a right bargain but I now need help on how I can word/design a cerficate or gift voucher to him showing the details of what I have booked etc etc.

The second gift is a Liverpool football programme (he is a massive Liverpool supporter) which is dated 2 days before he was born, just need some ideas on how to tastefully present this to him, ie should I get it framed or bound etc etc, this was only £2 so I want it to look as 'posh' as it can.

So £12 for the two presents so far, I wouldnt mind spending some more but as I say we dont have much disposable cash so if anyone has any more ideas where I can give him something with a 'wow' factor without costing the earth I would be really grateful.

Sorry I know I have asked for a lot of help :o
