Frozen Quiche

Ok - so I was industrious - I made 3 - froze 2 - but then thought -- hang on - I've never defrosted a quiche ---- what do i do - reheat it when defrosted?

I defrost my quiches thoroughly and then heat through in the oven at 180 degrees.

Sainsbury's chilled quiches are freezable and have instructions for cooking from frozen. Co-op ones say defrost first. I'm never quite sure why the difference
. As for home-made ones - I'm yet to cross that bridge!
