ePinnacle - PSP order and legal issues?

Has/is anyone having problems with ePinnacle and previous orders?
I origionally ordered a PSP in November from them, paid through Paypal and then found after 10 days that the order was cancelled because ePinnacle were having problems with Paypal (their fault, not mine). They then offered to upgrade my order to a Giga pack free of charge and they also gave me a free game. This time they had changed their payment company (after Paypal cancelled them) to someone called 2Checkout, so I paid through them.
Numerous e-mails later, roken promises and a late delivery, I finally got the PSP minus the UMD disc. Also noted that the PSP was a Japanese model with 'Not for Sale outside of Japan' on the box and a Japanese user manual included. E-mailed ePinnacle numerous times to ask for the missing UMD disc, and an English manual, and got absolutely no response.
About the same time, I was contacted by 2Checkout as a courtesy call to check if I was happy with ePinnacle. It seems they were contacting a number of ePinnacle customers because they were aware of a number of problems with ePinnacle. I explained all of the problems I was having and how annoyed I was getting with the situation and the total lack of communication. They then sent an e-mail to ePinnacle asking them to sort the situation out and to contact me. Four days later, still not reply. I complained to 2 Checkout again, who then e-mailed and gave ePinnacle 48 hrs to respond to me. Eventually they responded, claiming not to have received any of my previous e-mails (or the previous ones from 2Checkout) and asked what the problem was. I explained again, and they said they were passing the issue to management, and then I heard nothing more.
I finally contacted 2Checkout again for help who then promptly issued me with a total refund (on their own initative) for the PSP and copied the correspondance to ePinnacle.
Next thing I knew, about a week later, the ePinnacle legal team contacted me saying they were taking me to the small claims court for non-payment for my PSP order. This was 22 December, so little chance of geeting another PSP in time if I returned it.
I e-mailed back and copied all of the correspondance I had had with the company and explained that 2Checkout had decided to give me the refund because ePinnacle were failing to deal with or respond to the situation. I had not requested the refund.
Managed to get some communication going again with the company who then sent me another game and the missing UMD disc as an apology. From what I understand, 2Checkout have now dropped the company and I'm now trying to pay again for the item, and as before, following 4 e-mails from me, no response from ePinnacle.
Anyone else in a similar situation with this company or been threatened with legal action?

I read your story, and believe me it sounds interesting. Small claim courts sounds like a tall order as they can summon you to any court of their liking, for what I understand.
I ordered 2 psp from aria, and they where Japanese model aswell "not to be sold etc".
I dn't know where I stand on this issue myself. Perhaps we can get some feedback from others on the forum.
