Child Identification kit

Child ID Kit ~ Print Our FREE Child ID Kit serves as a place to maintain a recent photograph (no more than 6 months old), your child's fingerprints, their weight, height and other identifying characteristics.
Parents should store their child ID kits in a place which can be easily accessed and they should keep them up-to-date
Hopefully none of us will ever need to use this. It's an American site but can be printed. I suppose it's better to be prepared.
