In debt and it scares me...

My husband and I use to be frightened to answer the phone/open the post. But we contacted Payplan after reading about them on this site. Now 12 months on and we can open post answer the phone etc. We are being taken to court in Feb re a Charging Order don't know how it will turn out but I know they can't send me to jail or issue the death warrent!! Good luck for 2006 it can only get better believe me that's how my husband and I entered the year 2005.0
