Un-enforceable agreement

Hi All,
looking for a bit of advice.
I'm not one for shirking my responsiblitie but we have had massive problems with sorting out a payment arrangement with blackhorse. I asked them to send through what information they had on the account and they sent through a credit agreement which we signed that said that we wanted payment protection. I didn't notice this until we got home so we put in in writing and they wrote back saying that they had cancelled it and gave us a new payment. They never sent us another loan agreement with the new prices on it. Does this mean that the agreement is un enforceable and that I can refuse payment. Like I say I would never normally try and avoid payment. I have over 80k in debt but they have been complete !!!!!!.
Thank you in advance for help.

Hi there,
Black Horse are notoriously difficult to deal with...
Do you have the letter stating they have cancelled the PPI?
Are you trying to make payment arrangements because you can't pay the loan?
More info about your circumstances would help

Ask for a copy of the agreement on the current loan. You will see if there is still PPi on it or not.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0 -
If it is a CCA and you signed in the correct place and they signed , then I doubt a Judge would be willing to deem it unenforceable . If you have been paying for PPI after not requesting it , you can claim a refund .0

Hiya, I have just noticed that there is a leather care on the agreement that we have been paying for but my husband never ticked or signed the box to say that we wanted it. They have made a complete mess out of this.0

How old is the agreement ? If it is for a purchase from some where like world of leather . Their agreements are usually water tight . Double check the agreement and check the payments are for what you signed for and not for added items.0
