Tesco vouchers at Asda

Just been to the new Adsa in Milton Keynes and did a fairly big shop.
I went through the self service till and used Tesco vouchers I'd received at the begining of December. The vouchers were £6 off a £40 pound spend which ran out in the first week of December and £4 off a £40 spend all of which were out of date, but Asda accepted all of them even though I didn't spend £40.
So if you have any out of date tesco coupons put 'em to good use!

Does anyone if it works the other way round? We were given an Asda giftcard for Christmas and haven't got an Asda in our town. Can we use it in Tesco's?

I think so, pretty sure they except them over in Milton Keynes, but then again Asda have just moved in so there's a bit of a battle going on.

I don`t think so cos a gift card is money not a money off voucher. You will have to use it on your travels or perhaps "sell" it to someone who does travel.

Asda MK wouldn't take my Discovery Foods / Fajita vouchers yesterday as they looked as if they had been copied! Considering the vouchers were printed off the net using a black and white laser printer it ain't that much of a surprise. Used a couple in Tesco's and Morrison's without a problem.
