My partner is getting letter to my house (I live alone with our daughter) his parents house and even his ex-MIL's house from MH. We're all also getting texts and phone calls from them. I know they can't do anything for an old debt and they can't take anything from any of our houses because he doesn't live there, but does anyone have any tips for dealing with this? I've been ignoring, I think his ex-MIL has but his mother has spoken to them, but it's getting rather tedious and I'm worried about having post coming here for him making it look like we live together.

How old is the debt and what's it for?Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I don't know when it's from, but for them to be going back to his ex-MIL (who he's never lived with) he's been separated for just over 6 years. Nothing I've had has said when it's from, he doesn't recognise it and everything since the separation has been paid off or being paid off. It's Halifax that they're stating as the Original Creditor.0
