Missing delayed prizes - help please

I won on the Strongbow promotion 3 times. But I only received one prize (a glass).

I'm not that bothered about the prizes, but I think I should complain as I texted in many times and had to pay for those texts. so I think they should honour the wins that I did have.

did anyone have a similar experience? does anyone know how to get in touch with them?

Still no show from Bowtime for me. My DH's prize (glass) turned up just after Christmas but I still have 2 outstanding wins, one from 05/11 and one from 14/11. Also eagerly awaited is the Nintendo Wii I won from Good to Know, the 28 days is up tomorrow so hoping it will show, I'll be gutted if not as I have been really excited about giving this to my brothers

Bowtime..I don't even want their prize anymore!!! I only won the grand prize of a fridge magnet or something similar that never turned up but they never stopped texting me till late. :mad:

Oh well reminded! I had totally forgotten about my Bowtime prize (whatever it shall be!)

I'm still waiting for some CDs that I won with Take a Break or Pick Me Up - can't remember which. I thought I would have had them in time to give to my Mum for her birthday in January, but no. Maybe they'll be here in time for Mother's Day!
