I don't know what to do, debts up to £57 grand, lent family member 13 grand a few years ago as he was struggling, he has gone bankrupt and cant pay me. Ex ill and cant pay maintenance. Spent some money on hols to cheer me and kids up. Working all hours but keep juggling credit cards to pay each other off, hole getting deeper. x
