Debt company using an old address

I'm currently one payment behind on my debt management plan with the cccs due to a large reduction in my hours at work.
Today my parents have received a letter addressed to me from a debt management company with regard to a barclaycard debt, now I'm not surprised they sent a letter but as I've not been told barclaycard had passed it over i was a little miffed, also the current address barclaycard have for me is not my parents house and neither has it for the last 5 years.
Can they just sent letters to any of my old addresses? I've not recieved anything at my current address which i've lived at for the last 5 years and is also the address barclaycard have given to experian.
What should i do?

Yes they can. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. Probably the biggest reason why people get into trouble without even knowing it.0

My contact details are up to date, and I've not received any communication at my current address.0
