Final notice from Marston - wrong name

I hope it's OK to ask this here, I looked through previous posts and couldn't see anything quite the same.

This morning I received a FINAL NOTICE pushed through my letterbox from Marston saying they will return one morning this week to do a "domestic removal". It's not addressed to me, there's no address in fact, and the name is someone I've never heard of. I've lived in this flat for 16 years (I'm the owner) and it's not the previous owner.
I've never received any correspondence for this person before, so I'm a bit bewildered.

The client is "Hillingdon RTA", does anyone know who that is? Also there are some codes written in the top corner: ANPR [which I assume means Automatic Number Plate Recognition] and LSOS PCO [something to do with the Public Carriage Office perhaps?].
It's definately not my debt, I've never owned a car, I don't have a driving license and I don't live in Hillingdon.

Since it's not addressed to me should I ignore it, I'm reluctant to contact Marston because if they get my name they might start harassing me in the absence of the real debtor.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think Hillingdon RTA is a reference to a road traffic act.

I would give them a call to inform them you have never owned or driven a car and that they have delivered to the wrong address. You can withhold your number on a BT line by dialing 141. It would be better than having them turn up to remove goods.

    Hi

I would be tempted to contact Marston by mail, advsing them that they have sent the document to the wrong person, who does not even drive.

Print do not sign your name.
