Topcashback.....still pending

I have a cashback pending with Topcashback (esure) from a product bought on the 28th Sept. It tracked to pending within days but has not moved on since. It has a estimated payable date of 30th Nov.

All other cashback I have had via TCB has usually confirmed within 28 days (Both with More Than)

Will it confirm or should/can I do something to help it along???
