I have recently CCA`d Intrum Justitia and been told in writing "no CCa available" , sent them a "no home visits" letter and asked for a refund of all monies paid to them. So far not a peep after 47 days!!
Ive also Cca`d MBNA without any response at all, no reply to letter 1 and 2 and only 5 days to go till 30 day deadline. Now, Im betting that MBNA will wait until payments are in arrears and then start throwing their toys out of the pram.
Can someone tell me how I should address the issue of THEIR non payment to me ?? Is there a letter that I can send ??
As usual many thanks for any help.;)
