I spoke too soon, they sussed me !! and from my original post of a free Love actually dvd when I joined up I finally received that after 9 weeks. I will have to try another address really want that DAVINA DVD !!

I went with the 21 day trial and free DVD a couple of months back. I didn't realise the DVDs had to be back no later than the 21st day before they will let you cancel. I assumed I had 21 days of DVDs, then I could cancel on the 21st day and send the DVDs back. My fault for not reading the T&Cs but worth remembering as they will absolutely not back down and charge you for the next month. I made sure I got good use of the month before cancelling.
The free DVD was a proper retail version, (The Bourne Supremacy).0
