  • Great spot purplepurple. Sadly I am too old for this as it is for 16-25 year olds ... and I don't think I'd get through the doors.

Pity as my friend is in Night Of The Iguana ... I'll just have to ask him for Comps instead ;)

Hope all you "youngsters" <= 26 enjoy this offer as it is a great one.

  • You can get the same sort of deals on Lastmin.com. The seats they offer on these 'Promo's' are usually not great. If you call a last min deal in, or book direct, you usually get the real 'best available' seats anyhow.
Just a tip as I go all the time.

the night of the iguana tix are only £10 on lastminute.com. i went a couple weeks ago. row G, centre. now bad for a tenner. it's a shame that the play is really mediocre. not one of williams' best.

tkts is good if it's last minute & you're desperate to catch a show. otherwise you can almost always find a better deal in advance. as far as the other 'discount' booths ago, i wouldn't go near them. many inflate prices before giving you the so-called discount. others try to con tourists who get confused by the seating level terminology (different than in the states) and sell really poor seats at top prices. if you have to buy from a booth, stick with tkts. if they don't have what you want, there's usually a good reason.

the 'get into london theatre' campaign had a much better selection on offer last year. i got to see a fantastic production of sweeney todd for a fraction of the normal price. that made my theatre-going month.
  • thats OP! I am a sprightly 22 year old thats loves the theatre and can never afford it!!! Have signed up to mailing list and we will see what happens!

Hi there. This promotion runs every year and I've had fantastic seats at good prices. It has never been just for 16-25 year olds. Perhaps you got a little confused where it talks about special events:

"New for 2006, designated youth nights for 16-25 year olds, meet the cast opportunities, a weekly ‘Winning Wednesday’ prize draw..."

Please also note that the main booking opens from 9 January for over 60 shows - it's just an earlybird selection available at the moment.

Hope that this clarification means that others know that they can join in the fun and that it is worth looking at the webiste next week!
  • The fourth annual Get Into London Theatre campaign is now underway.

You can book tickets to over 60 top London shows for £15, £20, £25 or £30 from 9 January until 24 March 2006.

FABULOUS!! Have been waiting to see this show forever, but wouldn't pay the extortionate prices, especially for a young child who even now is only 6!!
