I have been waiting for this item which cost me over £100 for two months now. They phoned me today to say the stock is still not in and next date is 16th December. I told them I was not happy as this was one item I really wanted and asked them for a bit of compensation. They are sending me gift vouchers but beginning to wonder whether I will ever get this sofa.

Anyone else ordered one? Its in chocolate with white flower design on it.

Hi,

if its any consolation I have been waiting just over 3 months for a sofa to come in stock from the new catalogue. Been given "lead times" 3 times now but each time I get a letter or telephone call to say they have had to push it back as stock is still not in.

Can I be cheeky and ask did they send you your vouchers now as I was told they don't send any vouchers until after taking delivery of the item, if it comes

I have not yet received the gift vouchers and doubt I will ever get this sofa so I might just email head office. This is the second time they have pushed it back.

I sent a letter to the head office to complain about the wait. Got a call today to say the lady had found some stock and apologised and now the sofa is coming friday between 7am and 12pm plus £30 in vouchers for compensation of being messed about. She said this sofa is very popular and only a limited stock.:beer:
