I would like to send my mum some flowers for new year. I am in England she is in Scotland - who is the best recommended on line florist. Spending about £25.

We've used Charity Flowers to send flowers to a relative in NI. They're owened by Age Concern and seemed pretty cheap compared to others we looked at.
We did receive a lot of junk mail from charities afterwards so I'd recommend reading the terms carefully (we might have missed a 'don't send us junk' tickbox somewhere)

I'd recommend Tesco Flowers by post. Very good value, and quick delivery too. I've had their roses, and carnations delivered.
