Does anyone belong to this site? I have ten pounds worth of Amazon vouchers owing to me for surveys completed but I can't log in. I know the site is closing on 10th December but I suspect I'll never get my vouchers. I've emailed their accounts departement for help.

Closing? Where did you read that? I wonder if this is due to the extra money they inadvertently gave out when they changed their site.

I had an e-mail from them a couple of weeks ago- tbh no great loss, as I was unsuitable for so much so I only ever got £5. I think the e-mail suggested an alternative market research site if you still wanted to do that sort of thing, and that Juicy Brains was changing format- essentially no paid-for surveys.

I do belong to this site and no I cannot log in. I did sucessfully convert my vouchers £15 worth on the 11th after they sent the email. Have not tried getting in since until just now.

I complained to them as they closed a trial I was doing on teabags and so I lost out on £3.50 and only had £2 accrued. They have now made up my amount to £5 and given me a password to log in to get it! Done it today - with no probs- just email them - they take a day or so to reply - but at least they do!

i am with these, ive been trying for weeks to login for weeks and have emailed many times but no reply :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: i really wantd the amazon vouchers i earned - have just found a phone number so will be ringing them tomorrow.

Keep on at them thats what I did, although when I did get my voucher is doesn't seem to work so im checking it out with Amazon now....ggrrrr!

I am SO furious with jucy brains:mad: :mad: :mad:
Got the email about it closing and tried to log in as I have money owing. Anyway, couldn't as they said the password was not recognized(???)
So decide I must have had a brainstorm and used something totally different.
Filled in the forgotten password stuff and got the we will email you with your password message. Well no actually have attempted to contact them about 15 times, have filled in hte three questions(I know THEY are correct!!:rotfl: )
and zip. Pretty fed up as I could really have done with the voucher.
Feel rather cheated.:mad:

I only has £2 something in there but as Ciao is their sister site, why can't they transfer the balance to that. It sucks that they can't even sort that out.
