My rights - returning coat
Hope this is in the right forum
Hi I bought a coat from selfridges 7 days ago. Went to return it today but they said it had been worn (yes the creases from my trying at home) and they would not accept it for a refund as it is now second hand.
I bought it on a credit card
What are my rights?
Is there a way I can get a refund for this
Thanks
