Thanks, the code gives £5 off (does need to be a £25 spend) rather than 20% off any size of order but also got free delivery (over £20), there is also a free gift if you spend over £30.

It didn't seem to work for me either - total in basket £38, discount £5 (the £5 off if you spend £25 promotion), whereas 20% would have been £7.60.

I don't know quite what happened, possibly the £5 off if spend £25 promotion took precedent? Anyhoo I'm not complaining as I'd been wanting to do a Body Shop shop for Christmas anyway and got free delivery, and a free gift! All good.
