Heres what i think........

We should get a collection of us on here, to create a DCA.

Then we can buy our own debts for peanuts, the original creditor takes the account off our credit files, and we dont register a new account on our files, we just wipe the debts off (obviously we would have to pay what it costs to buy the debt).

Any thoughts?

    The problem is that a lot of DCA's are at least linked, at worst owned by, the very companies who lend us the money.
    The only ones who aren't are the graverobbers who are prepared to dig up old corpse debts that have died to the point of being uncollectable. They then harrass and threaten until they get a payment or until they come across someone who fights back.

  • The chances of you you buying your own debt are millions to one, the debt is sold in blocks of £10million +, I can stump up 50 quid, anyone else fancy a flutter?

    A case of beer has 24 cans. There are 24 hours in a day...............Coincidence?
  • Then i suggest just leaving the debts for 6 years until they drop off, and they can all kiss my !!!!!!..............:0)
