Im so excited!!

I have a house!!:j

One of my friends is letting it out to us and isnt even asking us for a bond! So no credit checks from letting agents.

So, am I right in thinking that all I need to do now is send back my keys to mortgage company and inform OR who will in return wipe off the SL?

Still havent heard a peep from OR after filing on 4/11, not that im too bothered as can imagine they are quite busy.

The SL will be written off once the house is sold. Meanwhile be prepared for hassle from them untill such time.

Once it's formaly repossessed it's no longer your liability.
