hi there i have had a early discharge from my bankcrupsty and just wondered what this now actuaally means does this mean i am now finally debt free

Its all over! Done and dusted. The only thing left for you to do is to go onto the credit file cleaning post (sticky on the main BR board) and start the clearing up process!0 -
Congratulations! technically though you were debt free from the date of your bankruptcy but now there is no way an IPA can be imposed if it hasn't already been. Good luck clearing your credit file.
BTW does anyone know if you can start cleaning your credit file before discharge? Is the only thing you're looking for is default dates etc?

5YP you also need to make sure that your discharge is taken into account by the debtors as well so best do it afterwards and only do it once rather than twice.
