Bloody Morrisons. Well, Morrisons Stockton Heath, anyway. Put a HUGE sign hanging over their normal Pringles saying BOGTF but don't have any of the party size in sight, instead they're over the other side of the shop! They don't do themselves any favours, I bet there have been loads of people complaining. Right stress!
This is a favourite trick of my local Morrisons. They put the offer sign under a full priced size of product in the hope you will buy it. I have been caught out so many times that I never lift anything without checking it first. I always (well mostly) check my receipt in there too as I am always getting overcharged. It seems to be quite a widespread problem with Morrisons going by other threads on here.0 -
Whilst always a good eyecatcher on the TV, in practice a lot of these offers never materialise in store.
The 1ltr Famous Grouse Whisky and Smirnoff Vodka promotion a couple of weeks ago a point in case, the vodka was available but the whisky was never delivered, on this offer the Pepsi is available but the 7UP has not been delivered.
I shop at the Thamesmead and Erith stores, both of good size and both advertising the offers instore but the products are not on the shelf.
Best to phone first.

I do not think this is fair and could even be discriminating. What about all the people who do not or cannot do a £40 shop in one day but may well spend over £40 visiting the store on a daily basis. Pensioners have to both budget to make sure they have enough money to last the week and will often buy reduced items daily. This offer only helps the people with money and transport.0

How is this discrimination?!!!! I see it all the time where places have discounts and minimum spends involved. If they gave a £20 voucher out to everyone that spent 10p a week there, it would cost them a fortune! Its called business, getting customers through the door to spend more money. If you dont spend £40 in a week on shopping, why not go shopping with a friend for 5 weeks and till it up together!I do not think this is fair and could even be discriminating.
