Sainsburys September Magazine has a leaflet with £5 off £30 spend. Some Sainsburys stores have a box near the magazines where people put leaflets they don't want - it may be worth a look.

Some codes from a Lakeland leaflet free in magazine, think it was Radio Times. These seem to be special codes which give you the discount, if you use the normal code you will pay full price.
