Hi
Does anyone know how gift vouchers are delivered? I get parcels delivered through the local courier but assumed gift vouchers would come via the postman as they are just a letter size really?
I've had my despatch note yesterday morning and hoped they would come today as I have a free day and wanted to go spendingPostie has been and gone but nothing.

If the codes work surely they can't ask for the money back. What was youre response? I wonder what the legality of it is? I wouldn't repay it!0 -

I haven't done anything about it yet! I'm hoping there will be no more correspondence and it was just to scare me. I got four letters all saying that I still owe £5. So 4 x £5 is the exact amount I got on the voucher codes.
I spend thousands there and that will be the last money I spend there if they don't honour the codes.0 -

I'd write a letter of complaint! I was considering getting some kitchen bits from there but if they behave like this I won't bother!!0 -

Yes but it is probably my fault as I used the code on here without finding out who was applicable to use it. I then used it four times. I don't think I deserve to get hounded for the 4 x £5 as i'm sure plenty of other people have used the code more than once.
I will wait and see if i'm contacted again. Don't be put off using them because they do have some great stuff. I got a Remoska electric pan recently and it is amazing, I will be buying another one shortly and Lakeland are the only place selling them.0 -

I had the same thing happen to me once and I phoned up and told them I had used a code and that accounted for the missing £5.
I was told to forget about it and not to worry and that something had gone wrong in the system and the code hadn't registered.
I think the letter I received was worded along the lines of your order was £5 short but we are sending you the goods anyway rather than make you wait for them. It would be appreciated if you could pay the missing £5.0 -
Thanks Rosalie that makes me feel better.
I haven't heard anymore from Lakeland so I can assume that they have discovered that it was a voucher I used. I hope to hear no more, I love using Lakeland and don't want to stop buying from there.0 -

If you add code sss13 and you have spent £60 you get a stainless steel sieve worth £9.99, but hen it doesn't work with ek11 or ek12.0
