It does not say if you have to put your name and address - I suppose they will contact you for that info if you win the draw....HTH

This is for children under 16 to enter. Print off the form and design a swimming cap, using maximum of 4 colours, colours must be in solid blocks. The theme of the design should be having fun in the water, either at the beach or in a pool.

The winner will have their design turned into a cap, and also have a free pool party. It is run by Manchester Council, so think it will only be open to Manchester residents, although the T&C don't specifically say this. I guess the prize will have to be taken at a Manchester pool.

The winning design will be selected & the winner
notified by 12st May 2009. The competition is open
