9. In the unlikely event accommodation is unavailable within the Raddison and Spier hotels winners, will be provided alternative 5* accommodation.
10. The prize must be taken within the months of June, July or August 2009 or June, July or August 2010. Travel is subject to date availability. The prize must be taken by 31st of August 2010.
11. The winner must make bookings at least 30 days prior to preferred departure dates.
12. All travellers must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize break.
13. All travellers must be in possession of any applicable visas and valid travel insurance.
14. The winner is able to extend their trip at their own expense subject to booking availability.
15. No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the travel provider reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
16. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner but in the event of failure to do so within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original. In this event the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
