Promotion is open to UK and Ireland residents only except employees and their
immediate families of United Biscuits (UK) Limited, its agents, or anyone else
professionally connected with this promotion.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian permission to participate.
Promotion commences 16.03.09 and closing date for entries is 17.06.09.
Final draw 17.06.09 at 23:59 hours.
To enter text the keyword JAFFA followed by the last 4 digits of the
barcode on your pack to 82100 if you are in the UK, or +447624 805747 if
you are in Ireland. All SMS messages sent will be charged at your
standard network rate, of 10-12p.
Messages from Ireland will be charged at the standard international rate
which is dependant on entrant's network and tariff.
Service Provider – Tyntec.
All SMS messages received are free. No responsibility will be accepted for
entries not received, lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of
network coverage, or for any other reason beyond the promoters control.
The promoter and its suppliers cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or
networks that may result in an entry not being registered or text message not being delivered.
Entrants will receive confirmation of their entry via text. The promoter will communicate with entrants via text
during the course of the promotion.
Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are deemed as invalid and no further
correspondence will be entered into.
Only one entry per day per mobile number will be accepted.
Sending a text message is not proof of receipt of entry.
No responsibility will be accepted for the time of day that replies to entries are delivered. At 12am midnight on
each day for the 93 days from 16.03.09 to 17.06.09 a random draw will take place to identify that day’s winner.
Any entries received after 12am midnight will be entered into the next days draw.
Each valid entry received before 12am midnight will only be entered
into the draw for the day during which it is received. Following
each draw, all entries received during the previous day will
be deleted from the future daily draws. All entries
received throughout the promotion, including
winners of the daily draws, will be eligible for the
main prize draw at the end of the promotion.
There will only be one opportunity to win per
mobile number.
At 9:00am on the day following all the daily draws and the final prize draw, winners
only will be sent a message informing them that they have won and that a
representative will be in touch with them within 48 hours (2 working days) to
arrange prize redemption.All winners will then receive a telephone call from the
promoter on the mobile number from which they have texted their entry / the
number provided in their postal entry (within 48 hours, 2 working days of the draw
they have entered).
Winners of the daily draws are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Expenses
are not included.
On the 17.06.08 all previous entrants will be entered in to the grand prize draw for
their chance to win a family holiday to Orlando, Florida. The draw will take place at
23:59 hours and the winner will be contacted by phone within 48 hours (2 working
days).
Incomplete or indecipherable entries or those not in accordance with the
entry instructions are invalid.
All entries are subject to verification. Proof of texting will not be taken as
proof of entry.
A list of winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a
stamped self addressed envelope to Jaffa Cakes Winners List, PO Box
485, Wilstead, MK45 3BP, after 17.06.09 but before 31.07.09.
No purchase necessary. To enter, send your name, address, date of birth and
mobile telephone number clearly printed on a plain piece of paper to: NPN Jaffa
Cakes, PO Box 485, Wilstead, MK45 3BP. Entries without a mobile number will not be included.
NPN entries will be entered into the system for the next available draw. Only one entry per stamped envelope,
per person, per day. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
The winners may be required to participate in such reasonable publicity as required by the promoter.
Consumer data will only be retained for the duration of this promotion and will not be used for any other
purpose.
The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion, if deemed necessary due to
circumstances outside of their reasonable control.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions and promotional instructions is a condition of entry.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances United Biscuits (UK) Limited reserve the right to provide an
alternative prize of equal or greater value.
No cash alternatives will be awarded. Prizes for the daily draws

EDIT - Ok, so I am not going as far as doing all the puzzles cos the answers already posted match the clues! Difference is that phone lines are open from 17 feb to midnight 2 April - same number.
Also the other freebie as I mentioned has closing date of 2 April, so looks like this is a new comp. All details you need are the same as in post I linked to above.

I buy the Best Magazine every week, have done for years, but i never use the freebie ones that sometimes come with other mags, much prefer the new issues that come out every tuesday, all the dates & info i put in the postings are typed out as from the mag when i do them first thing on a tues. morning so not sure unless i go buy a prima mag today to have a look

Sorry princess - I didn't mean to be treading on anyone's toes. I was just surprised not to see it posted, so didn't want us to miss out - only trying to help, and you and korky :A do both post so many comps for the rest of us, so I hope you don't mind. I admit I didn't check the first post but assumed that it was korky who missed it, but if you didn't get your sub copy that explains why. I only buy Best when the snip and save is worth more than the mag - its only cos the comp didnt ring any bells (or should I say balls?! ) that I checked and found it wasn't already here :eek:

I am off to do food shop in a mo, but will be back later to post some more comps that are actually on my list of mags to do as sub copies all arrived today.

Just to say that Fusty posted the answers to this here (but a postal entry only - no telephone details) - as I'm not sure if you can have mutliple entries on the Whats on Tv comps. Anyone know?
