    Hi Guys

Do You Always Put Stamps When Using Picture Postcards. I Just Had Few Postcards Returned Friday With A Note Saying I Need To Put Stamps In Them. I Never Used Them Before But I Bought Some Last Month And I've Been Using Them Since.

Are you taking the P? Of course you have to put stamps on them.

I can't quite believe that it's a serious question either

Oh, I so want to make a comment. It's almost hurting to resist, but I really don't want to hurt someone's feelings.

Stamps are how we pay Royal Mail to take letters, parcels and postcards - with or without a picture - from us to the homes and offices of other people.

If we don't use stamps, Royal Mail don't get paid, and so postmen and women don't get their wages.

That's why the postcards were returned to you, because they need to get paid to buy food and pay their bills.

    Hope this helps. icon7.gif

  • Hi all - when postcards are sent back to you because the Post Office have read the wrong side of the postcard, can you take them to the Post Office to complain and get new stamps? I had five returned yesterday, one even had the address on the side and it still got posted back to me!!!

When i have time i take them back to the post office and they sometimes give me a book of stamps  but when i havent got time i just post them back in the box which is what the postie who delivers my mail to the house said to do.
:) If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours, :)

:) It wont cost you anything! :)
