4. Closing Date

5. Prizes
Prizes fund consist of :
- 3 family trips to Paris to see the French Cup Final at Paris’s Stadium consisting of 4 return economy tickets from Luton airport to Paris. Transfer to & from the Paris selected Hotel. 1 night bed & breakfast at the hotel Ibis for 4 people (on a share room basis). 4 tickets for the French cup final at Paris’ Stadium (worth 400euros) which is due to take place on 09/05/09. All other cost and expenses will be the winner’s and guest responsibility.
Winner & their guest must be available to travel between 09/05/09 and 10/05/09.
6. Cash alternatives to prize
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. Entry restriction
At least one of the persons travelling must be aged of 18 years or over by the date of Travel. All persons under the age of 18 years will be sent a letter of consent which must be signed by a parent or guardian and returned to the promoter, to confirm the parent’s / guardian agreement for the winner & guests to participate. Proof of age (e.g. photocopy of passport) is required for those aged 18 years and over.
8. Independence of judging
The prize draw will be independently supervised & will take place on 16/04/09.The promoter’s decision is final an binding in all maters. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner notification
All prize Trip to Paris winners will be notified by post by 20/04/09.
10. Winner details
The prizes winner’s name and county of residence will be made available by sending a SAE marked ‘Result” to entry address after 01/05/09 and before30/06/09.
