I think that the wrong postcode.
I thought i didn't recognise the address (i live in hammesmith & used to be a postie at hammersmith )

When i searched for 'Cupola House 15 Alfred Place' on google it gives the postcode as WC1E 7EB, the postcode in that address is for a different place.

Up to people you guys if you use that original address but i really don't think the W6 postcode is correct.

I have rechecked the magazine after reading your post and the postcode I gave is what is stated in the magazine. I have now done a postcode search on W6 8HD though and it comes up with Claxton Grove as the address. I'm baffled - never felt the need to check an address before - but I've posted my entry so not sure what to do now!! However, if it reassures all others I have also googled Biss Lancaster to confirm the address and Daisy is right

Hi hun, i didn't mean to write it like i was suggesting you had written it wrong or anything.
I only noticed it as i was a postie in W6 & live in W6 & didn't recognise the address..... had it been anywhere else, i wouldn't have checked it either.

Its Ok Daisy I didn't take it that way. Not easily offended . I'm hoping that despite the postcode issue my entry will still arrive at its destination... I need a dishwasher as OH seems to have a phobia of washing up!!!

Don't worry it will get there, just a day or 2 later.
The posties will put it into the missorts, which will be sorted & sent to the right postal area. As its within London still i'll get there quite quickly.
