The 'Get It Done' Challenge!!

Hi everyone

I've done really badly this week but as I split up with my boyfriend of nearly 8 years last night, I think I can be let off for week 1 .

I have already cleaned the rabbit hutch out this morning and I got my 2 mystery shops done.

I won't be able to do anymore today but will be working on AQA. I'll come up with some more tasks tomorrow.

Well done to everyone for what you have achieved this week :T

Buffy's List

1. file post
2. shred junk mail
3. clean out hamsters.
4. medicate hamsters.
5. hoover and dust room
6. wrap up e bay parcels
7. organise Avon filing
8. check dates for next two campaigns
9. send Avon order (ask Mum and sister and check e mail)
10. sort out dolls house stuff - make list of what I need
11. tidy up consevatory
12. e mail new Am for area
13. re pot house plants before it gets too dark!
14. empty school bag and sort marking in order of importance
15. mark at list 60 assessments sat and sun.
16. clean out fish tanks (x3)
17. order new transformer for radio.
18. make proper Christmas list of stuff I need.

I'm not part of this challenge as I procrastinate too much but I do keep up with it. So sorry to hear about you splitting with your boyfriend, I know you were trying hard to work at it

Thank you - I know it is definitely over this time. He has collected his stuff and given me back mine. It just wasn't working and the thing that made me realise it was this new guy that started at work. We were talking yesterday and he is so nice and sweet and I just realised that i wanted a guy like that, someone that I could have a future with. Not someone that cheats on me and won't commit. It took all my courage to break up with him though.

Tasks to be completed by the end of 29th November:

1. Get to at least £300 in AQA account
2. Clean bathroom
3. Complete mystery shop on 27th and get at least 1 more
4. List 5 items on Ebay on Sunday evening
5. Start BIL's Christmas hamper
6. Finish auntie's Christmas hamper
7. Get another £10 voucher on Dooyoo.
8. Finish putting Xmas decs up!!

That will do for this week - will start these from now.

Did you say putting decorations up?!!!! Flipping heck I thought I was organised but the decs will stay in the loft for another couple of weeks but that's just me.

OK update on my list for the week just gone :-

W/E - 22/11

- type training manual for new team member - half done
- [STRIKE]complete phone tutorial with tutor[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]complete budget for rest of month[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]do at least 1 load of washing a day and put it out straight away instead of leaving it and then having to wash it again![/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]SW meal plan for rest for the week [/STRIKE]
- sort/tidy/clean the dining room and study - tomorrows job!

Will have a think about this coming weeks list x x

Count me in.

By next Sunday I intend to do the following:

1. Buy the wires for the extension cable and tack it down.
2. Clear the pool table of, erm, junk, so I can actually play pool on it.
3. Put away the mountain of clothes so we can eat of the dining table again.
4. Tidy DD's bedroom, sorting out clothes/toys to pass on to our adopted niece.
5. Try and fit my DS's wardrobe somewhere in our tiny house.
6. Sort out the freezer, so everything fits and I can find what I need.
7. Sort out the 'junk room' and maybe fit DS's wardrobe in there.
8. Go on a treasure hunt around the house to find the Xmas presents I've hidden everywhere ready to wrap.
9. Follow up the opening of our joint account.
10. Chase my boss for last months wage slips for me & OH ready to take to the council for a reassessment.

That'll do for this week I think.
I've actually got a list as long as my arm, but I only seem to remember when I haven't done them.

Right, I've decided - enough of sitting here reading other people's lists it's time to do my own.

Jobs for W/E 30/1108

1. Tidy bedroom and find some floor space
2. Do all the washing and ironing
3. Write the christmas cards
4. Buy the christmas cards for parents, boyfriend etc
5. Go on my treadmill at least 3x30mins
6. [strike]Do tax return[/strike]:T
7. Sort through important papers and shred the ones I don't need
8. [strike]

   Order the dogs' worming pills

9. [strike]Do at least 4 reviews on dooyoo[/strike]

If I haven't done this lot by next Sunday (unless there's a good excuse) you have my permission to shout at me!!
