2 Free audio books and £4 cashback through Quidco

I've just signed up for a 14 day free trial at www.audible.co.uk and downloaded 2 good (free) audiobooks (great to listen to when cross-stitching!) - I picked Dean Koontz and Sophie Kinsella, but there are hundreds to choose from.

And I went through Quidco to get my £4 cashback.

I did a search on here before posting, but other similar sounding offers only seem to have 1 download, and don't mention Quidco, so I thought it was worth posting so everyone can get as much for nothing as possible!

Was that from Cross Stitcher magazine? I'm thinking of taking up that offer too. Do you have to buy anything after the free trial period?

Anyone know how easy it is to cancel the membership???

I will have to remember to cancel after the trial or I will be charged???

Ok, I signed up, downloaded 2 books, put them on my iPod and cancelled my membership straight away. I know I'd forget otherwise! Thanks OP for this. Will be listening & cross stitching all week... :-)

If you sign up, get the freeaudio books and then cancel your membership do you still get the £4 quidco? has anyone actually recieved their £4?

I signed up through Quidco and downloaded my 2 books. I had no problems cancelling. I've not been paid on it as yet as I only did the trial less than a month ago, but it did validate through Quidco.

I signed up through Quidco and downloaded my 2 books - I'm going to use them as Christmas presents for my kids. I got them each a personalised audiobook of songs and stories with their names on. Search for "My Silver Balloon" and the name you want. They seem to do loads of names. I'll get a techy at work to put them on to CDs and then make envelopes out of card with their photos on the front - a perfect stocking filler, and I'll get paid £4 for it!
