acer 19" widescreen any good?

Dunno about this item but Acer have a good name, particularly for notebooks.
You can get it cheaper through Quidco and Misco or maybe others on their list.

I bought one of these just before Xmas from Argos, they were on offer for £149. It is an excellent monitor, I use the 19" Acer and a 21" crt screen for web design.

The Acer was advertised as the AL1913, but they said on the Argos site if this was unavailable it would be the 1916, which it was. Don't know if ARgos still have it on offer, but Comet also had an offer on the Acer at £169

Was this the widescreen version? Cheapest I can find it is £197.95 on comet website.
