Lloyds TSB - Full and Final

I am just wondering if anyone has had experience with Lloyds and Full+Finals with them. Any comments would be appreciated however this post was just intended to ask which adress would I need to send my full and final to? Just the adress which is on the top of my agreement or do I need to adress it to a specific department/person. I apologise for my dumbness :)

Many Thanks

Is it Lloyds themselves or is it a debt collection agency? Lloyds are not keen on F&F's but once you have defaulted and been passed on the new companies are often much more easier to deal with.
