CitiCard incompetence.

I cca'd CitiCard months ago and they initially failed to produce the goods. I complained to Trading Standards, who the contacted CitiCard. CitiCard then produced the cca but as an apology, CitiCards Office of The Chief Executive reduced the balance owing by almost half and agreed to continue to accept the amount I had been paying until the account was cleared.
Then I recived a letter from 1st Credit claiming they have been asigned by CitiCard to secure full payment on the account of the balance prior to the reduction. I informed them of the agreement and they claimed they would contact CitiCard for confimation, but I should pay them monthly in the mean time (Yeh right, I;m going to do that aren't I. NOT). I also wrote a letter of complaint to the Office of the Chief Executive but had no response. I wrote again, sent Rec. Del. but still no response. Today I receive a letter from LCS Solicitors on behalf of 1st Credit demanding payment if full within 7 days.
I'm growing very tired of this. I've replied to them by email as well as 1st Credit again as well as making a second email complaint to CitiBank. The latter never responded to my first email, even though they promise to send a letter of acknowledgement within 48 hrs.
What course of action should I now take apart from Trading Standards and Financial Ombudsman.

Write to CitiCard requesting a copy of their formal complaints procedure. If they do not deal with it within the required time, contact the Financial Ombudsman. I would mention your intention to contact the FO as i believe they will be charged for any query the FO look into.

As for LCS solicitors and first credit, write stating that the account is in dispute and Citicard are looking into this.
