Comodo - Don't know what to do - Please Help!

Some of you may remember that I installed free security software a few weeks back.
As a novice, I've found Comodo pretty hard going with all of its pop ups but thought I should give it a few weeks before deciding whether to stay with it.
Last night my neice was on my laptop just looking at MSE actually, so nothing to dodgy :-) when Comodo popped up with an amber alert. Before I could do anything, she'd ok'd it. I grabbed the laptop just as a red alert popped up. I didn't know what it was and as I sat staring at it for a while it disappeared. However, it said wscript.exe is considered unsafe and is trying to access the disk. It is logged in Defense+
I have tried to find out what this is as I thought that the amber alert that preceeded it came from sprt who is considered safe. But i havn't a clue what I'm doing and I'm worried that I should've done something with the red alert
Anyway, the red alert just happened again at around the same time as last night. As I didn't know what to do, I've blocked it, but taken the tick out of remember this. Has anyone any idea how I can find out what this is and what I should be doing with it....please....it's driving me crazy.
Thanks

NEVER look at colours on it.
The way Comodo works is thus ~
For the FIREWALL alerts (Only) take YES or NO and either remember or dont (Meaning it will or wont ask you next time round)
If defense mode is giving you such a headache just turn it off
But if you do use it then use as follows ~
When installing a new program, turn defense OFF. Once installed put it back into SAFE mode
UPDATE for updating (And tick REMEMBER)
WINDOWS APPLICATION (And remember) for most of the others
TRUSTED (And remember) for anti virus programs and anything else your happy with
(If you DONT select 'remember', it will reask you each and every time)
As for anything nasty on your computer
download MALWAREBYTES
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
UPDATE and FULL SCAN
If it should find anything, delete EVERYTHING that comes up and post the log her
e
As long as its legit, that file should be fine
(Dont panic about it):idea:0 -
Thankyou for your reply.
But, I don't know if it's legit. Is there anyway I can tell now? I'm worried about allowing something that isn't safe onto my laptop and I'm worried that something that is legit isn't being allowed
I suppose that if it pops up tonight, I could allow it then double check it by running Malwarebytes? BTW I'm scanning now.
According to the Commodo forums, uninstalling it is a bit of a nightmare. It leaves bits behing that have to be uninstalled manually? Is there a step by step guide somewhere? Thinking of giving Sunbelt a go.

I uninstalled comodo with no problems at all
I cant say for sure about it being legit, but im 95% sure its safe (So long as your computers been running ok):idea:0 -
Thank you aliEnRIK. I appreciate the help that you and reluctant have given over the last few weeks. As a non techie female I find these sort of things very daunting.

No Worries karrie
We all had to start somewhere (Though the way SOME people talk on here youd think they thought they were BORN tech heads!)
Any more questions just ask away
